STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE



1. General

  1. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We are a wristwatch reselling business and all products sold are subject to the terms below.

2. Product Condition

  1. All watches are 100% genuine as per the product description. As a reselling business, product packaging may vary from brand-new retail packaging, but the product will be in good working condition unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery Time

  1. Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service delays.

4. No Cash on Delivery

  1. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through the payment options available on our website.

5. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

  1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges for any reason, except if the item received is defective or damaged upon delivery.

    • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof sent to our customer support email.

    • Failure to report within this timeframe will make the claim ineligible.

    3. 6. Order Cancellation

    Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

    7. Warranty

    Any warranty offered will be mentioned on the product page. If no warranty is stated, the watch is sold as-is without manufacturer or seller warranty.

    8. Governing Law

    All transactions and disputes will be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
